The coach is usually a Department Director or other senior manager from the participant’s agency who is not in the participant’s chain of command. During the course of the Academy, participants meet at least three times with their coach who provides career and leadership development advice.
The Academy looks for real-world projects that local government agencies want done now but may lack the resources currently to accomplish.
Division Managers, Assistant Department Heads, mid-managers, and other emerging leaders.
The estimated cost per participant for each agency is $2,062. Your organization will be billed following your attendance at the Academy.
